Biography

I am an Associate Research Scientist with The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. I received my Ph.D. in Communication and Information Systems from Shandong University, Jinan, China in 2010. I was a visiting Ph.D. student in the Department of Electrical Engineering at The State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo from 2009 to 2010, was a lecturer in Shandong University from 2011 to 2014, was a Postdoctoral Research Associate with The Department of Electrical Engineering at SUNY Buffalo from November 2012 to August 2015, and was a Postdoctoral Research Associate with The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Northeastern University from Sept. 2015 to Oct. 2016. I am a member of IEEE, IEEE Communications Society, and ACM.
