Biography

Daniel Uvaydov obtained his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University at Buffalo (UB), The State University of New York, Buffalo, NY, USA in May, 2018. He was under the advisement of Professor Josep M. Jornet with whom he also did research. Currently he is a PhD student in Electrical Engineering at the College of Engineering in Northeastern University. He is also a research assistant in the WiNES lab at Northeastern Univeristy under the advisement of Professor Tommaso Melodia. His research interests include Nano-photonic wireless communication, Intra-body Wireless Nanosensor Networks, In Vivo Nanoscale Optical Channel Properties, and the Internet of Nano-Things.
