The IEEE International Symposium on Network Computing and Applications is seeking articles concerning fundamental research and practical experience reports. The topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

- Computation-intensive Applications in Networked Systems - Programming Environments for Distributed Systems
- Dependable High-Speed Wide, Local, and System Area Networks - Dependable Distributed Mobile Computing
- Reliable Group Communications Protocols - Scalable Dependable Servers, Internet Servers
- Protocol Verification and Validation - Practical Experiences and Prototypes, e-Commerce

Manuscripts due: January 24, 2003
Authors notified by: February 15, 2003
Camera-ready manuscripts:March 01, 2003
Submission Requirements: Submitted articles must not have been previously published or currently submitted for publication elsewhere. Send a ps or pdf file of the manuscript, in English, to D. Avresky: avresky@ece.neu.edu. Manuscripts are not to exceed 20 double-spaced pages, inclusive of figures and tables, in A4 or 8.5 by 11 inches. Type size must be at least 12 point. The manuscript must contain a cover page with author contact information (name, postal address, telephone number, and e-mail address) and a 100-word abstract. Manuscripts must be cleared for publication and should be formatted such that they can be viewed using Ghostview (ps file) or Acrobat Reader (pdf file). Accepted manuscripts will be included in the NCA-03 Proceedings published by the IEEE CS Press.
