Hotel Information

All reservations will be made by individuals by telephone (+1-617-806-4200)

or by way of the Society's housing form mailed or faxed (+1-617-806-4232)

directly to the reservation department. Attendees will reference IEEE

Computer Society NCA when making reservations. The reservation cut-off

date will be Tuesday, January 22, 2002 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time.

Reservations received after this date will be accepted by the Hotel on

a space available basis at the conference rates.

The hotel confirmed the following special rates for the NCA_01 Meeting:

Single: $199

Double: $199

There will be a $25.00 charge for each additional person in the room.

There is no charge for children 17 years old or under when sharing a room with parents.

The above special rates will apply at least three (3) days prior to and

three (3) days after the NCA_01 Meeting dates based on availability to

accommodate those who wish to extend their visits and these nights will

be credited back to the room block.
