J.J. Ebers Award -- Presented annually by EDS to honor an individual(s) who has made either a single or a series of contributions of recognized scientific, economic, or social significance in the broad field of electron devices. The recipient(s) is awarded a certificate and a check for $5,000.

Paul Rappaport Award -- Presented annually by EDS to honor the author(s) of the best paper that has appeared in an EDS publication in the preceding calendar year. The recipient(s) is awarded a certificate and a check for $2,500.

EDS Distinguished Service -- Presented annually to recognize and honor outstanding service to EDS and its sponsored activities. The recipient is awarded a certificate and a check for $2,500.

EDS Chapter of the Year Award -- Presented annually to an EDS chapter based on the quantity and quality of the activities and programs implemented by the chapters during the prior July 1st-June 30th period. The recipient is awarded a certificate and a check of $1,000.
